Meet The Team
Veronica
Co-Founder
As co-founder of The Notorious P.I.G., Veronica's main focus, besides powerlifting competitively across the globe, is money stuff, biz ops, and marketing. She is the silent behind-the-scenes woman who has the rudder in her hand and keeps us on course. She is by far the smartest person in our organization. She and her family literally single-handedly built this monument to BBQ. She is furthermore the go-to for anything that is needed here, a true leader.
Brek
Co-Founder & Pitmaster
A formal Naval Special Warfare Operator and our Pitmaster here at The Notorious P.I.G. He dedicates his life to long hours and hot temperatures to ensure that the discipline that was instilled in him during his NAVSPECWAR career is seen within the absolutely delicious, award-winning BBQ served at The Notorious P.I.G. His craft for BBQ comes from his family's roots in the restaurant industry and his love for smoking meats. You can meet him here regularly, talking with customers and or slaving away over the massive pit.
Xavier
The Meat Architect
Xavier is in control of the floor here at The Notorious P.I.G. He is the one plating and ensuring all plates get what they need, as well as checking all the meats, slices, and chops thousands of pounds a week. He is an absolute animal at ensuring the operation runs as smoothly as possible. As the son of Veronica, our Co-Founder, he was here with a hammer and nails, building this monument to smoke alongside his family members.
Carl
Smokehouse Rookie
Our pitmaster in training is smoking meats alongside our pitmaster in the early hours of the day and helps the team out with whatever they need, from slicing meats to prepping plates, to cleaning dishes- he is our go-to guy for anything and everything. His commitment to the team here at The Notorious P.I.G. is above and beyond reproach. EVERYBODY LOVES CARL!
Jack
The Fixins Boss
Jack is a burst of lightning, always uplifting the vibe here at The Notorious P.I.G. He is the man when it comes to ensuring all the sides are on point and plated just right, and is another go-to team mate here, making sure all things get done. You can catch Jack either shooting pool, trimming a brisket, or just having a good time somewhere, that's for sure! A kick ass team mate here at The Notorious P.I.G.
Daniela
The Finisher
Daniela is a workhorse. Since the jump, she has held multiple positions and crushes them all. Her dedication and work ethic are never unnoticed. She ensures all the plates have what they need before they go out for the order and that every order is fulfilled. However, she can run all the positions and does it daily....a true team player here at The Notorious P.I.G.
Zoey
Smokehouse Host
Our beautiful Zoey is here to greet you with her smile and a little bit of her southern drawl. She keeps all our guests informed and helps guide them to what they would really appreciate. Just as BBQ is an experience, so is ordering with Zoey here. Full of smiles and optimism, we are proud to have Zoey as a teammate here at The Notorious P.I.G.
Jacob
The Hustler
This dude here runs in between the back of the house and the front of the house to ensure operations run smoothly, aiding anyone and everyone with whatever they need. He was with us in the very beginning and is a beast on the snowboard! With his help, plating, slicing, making sides, removing debris, and restocking, The Notorious P.I.G. can rest easy and run smoothly.
